GENERAL INFORMATION
Insurance
We provide all the necessary paperwork for clients apply for reimbursed from their insurance provider. The majority of our clients receive some form of reimbursement from their insurance. Please call your insurance provider to determine your out of network coverage.
Payment
Cash, check, BBS, and all major credit cards accepted for payment at the time of service.
Cancellation Policy
Regular attendance is a major factor in achieving therapy goals. Therapy occurs on a weekly or biweekly basis depending on clinical appropriateness. Both the therapist and client will keep cancellations and rescheduling to a minimum.
The client and therapist are both expected to give notice when canceling an appointment. If timely notice isn’t given, the client will be charged the full amount for the missed session.
Reduced Fees

Reduced fees are available on a limited basis and require consultation with selected therapist.
Fees
​Fees start at $150 per session.
We discuss fees and rates as part of an initial telephone discussion.

Monday – Friday 6am – 3pm by appointment.
